A global financial information service needs a strong  HRBP with  HRBP, Advisor or Generalist experience, preferably in financial services.  Role is responsible  for delivering consultative and support services to business leaders and employees within specific client groups.

Financial  Reporting Administrator - $135K + Bonus

A family office needs an FRA with a strong work ethic and tech skills + a warm engaging personality to join the team.  The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of financial investments and 10+ years of financial or administrative experience.  Knowledge of Burgiss is a plus.

Executive Assistant - $120K

A private equity firm needs a strong EA to support a senior partner.  Ideal candidate should have experience supporting senior staff and/or C-Suite in a financial setting.

US Payroll and Benefits Manager - $160K + Bonus

A global financial services firm with operations in over 30 countries needs a smart manager to supervise the payroll and benefits processing activities for approximately 1200 employees.  A minimum of 2 years experience, and knowledge of SAP and ADP Global or similar payroll system is required.  Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus!

Executive Assistant - $90K-$95K + OT and Bonus

A well-established hedge fund needs an experienced EA to support a Portfolio Manager and (3) analysts.  Role is straight EA work with heavy phones. 

Receptionist - $55K - $75K

Personal Assistant - $65K - 90K

A private equity firm needs an experienced Personal Assistant.  Candidates must have proven experience as a PA in either a family office or corporate environment.

A global non-profit organization seeks an HR Senior Generalist with experience in department management, recruitment, salary and benefits, performance management and development, employee relations and compliance.  Ideal candidate has 10+ years experience, a BA in HR, business administration or psychology.  A Masters Degree or MBA in HRM is a plus.
